At Fluid Adventures we like to use photography and video to aid with our clients’ development as well as for advertising purposes. We would be grateful for your permission to use any photos taken on your session.

We will keep your details securely on record for a minimum of 5 years. We will keep your details to inform you of any subsequent trips/activities which we feel may be of interest to you. We may contact you from time to time, but we WILL NOT pass your details on to any other organisation. You may have your details removed from our mailing list at any time by contacting us.

I understand for my safety and the safety of others, that any rules/instructions given by staff are obeyed.

I understand that paddlesports, like every other outdoor activity, poses the risk of sustaining injury. I understand that this possibility cannot be entirely eliminated and that Fluid Adventures cannot be held accountable should I sustain injury whilst attending one of their courses/sessions.
I understand that if I bring along my own personal kit, equipment, or any other item, I bring them at my own risk, and cannot hold Fluid Adventures accountable for any damage or loss of said items.
I agree that should I take Fluid Adventures offer of the use of equipment during the course and subsequently damage or break the equipment due to negligence, misuse or wilful destruction, that I will pay to Fluid Adventures the full cost of the repairs/replacement.
I agree that the details given above are correct, and should be used if any certificates are to be issued by British Canoeing at the end of this course. I also agree for relevant details to be passed to British Canoeing for certificates to be issued.
